Usage Guidelines
  • ◯ Guests are welcome to bring up to three dogs. Please note that only dogs are allowed as companion animals.
  • ◯ Dogs are permitted only in designated areas, specifically the Dog Friendly Cottage and Dog Park.
  • ◯ If your dog has an accident outside the designated pet toilet in your room, we kindly ask that you clean up promptly and hygienically. Please record the incident on the cleaning handover sheet provided in the room.
  • ◯ Please ensure that you complete and submit the Pet Accommodation Agreement Form at the time of booking.
  • ◯ To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to confirm that your dog meets the following conditions:
    •  - Your dog is kept indoors.
    •  - Your dog is house-trained and does not exhibit excessive barking, jumping, scratching, mounting, or destructive behavior.
    •  - Your dog has received vaccinations for rabies and viral infectious diseases (a 5-in-1 or equivalent vaccine) no less than two weeks and no more than one year before your stay.
    •  - Your dog is at least four months old.
    •  - Your dog can sleep with its leash securely attached to a designated hook.
    •  - Your dog is protected against fleas, ticks, and parasites.
    •  - Your dog is not in heat (within four weeks of the start of its cycle), pregnant, or has been spayed or neutered.
    •  - Your dog has been registered according to local municipal regulations (e.g., microchip registration and license issuance).
    •  - Your dog is not undergoing treatment for illness or injury and poses no risk of infectious disease.
    •  - Your dog does not exhibit aggressive behavior or cause fear or discomfort to other guests or pets.
Usage Guidelines
  • ・Please be aware that there are no lifeguards or attendants at the pool or sauna. Guests are responsible for their own safety when using these facilities.
  • ・The hotel assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or the loss of valuables while using the pool or sauna.
  • ・Swimwear must be worn at all times. The use of the facilities without swimwear or in non-swim attire is strictly prohibited.
  • ・In the event of bad weather or sudden weather changes, please stop using the facilities immediately.
  • ・Please refrain from bringing flotation devices, toys, or similar items into the pool.
  • ・Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guardian when using the pool. Guardians must remain close to their children and supervise them at all times.
  • ・Children between the ages of 5 and 12 may use the sauna only if accompanied by a guardian.
  • ・Children who are not toilet-trained are not permitted to use the facilities.
  • ・Please refrain from leaning over the edge of the pool to prevent falls.
  • ・Solo use of the sauna is not allowed.
  • ・The introduction of hazardous items, including glassware, bottles, sharp objects, flammable materials, or explosives, is strictly prohibited.
  • ・Eating and consuming alcoholic beverages within the poolside or sauna areas is not permitted.
  • ・Running near the poolside or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
  • ・Guests with temporary illnesses, pre-existing medical conditions, or health concerns that may be worsened by facility use, or those whose health conditions may pose a risk to others, are kindly requested to refrain from using the facilities.
  • ・The use of tanning oils, body creams, or similar products is not permitted.
  • ・Guests with tattoos, including temporary tattoos or stickers, are kindly requested to cover them with a rash guard or similar attire while using the facilities.
  • ・Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited within the poolside and sauna areas.
  • ・Activities such as hair dyeing, exfoliation treatments, or laundry are not allowed.
  • ・For your safety and comfort, please follow the instructions of the staff at all times.

  • Allergen information is provided based on the ingredient data or food labeling supplied by manufacturers and suppliers.

・From Tokyo Station (JR Joetsu Shinkansen) → Kumagaya Station (Chichibu Railway from Kumagaya to Mitsumineguchi) → Kami-Nagatoro Station → Approx. 50-minute walk or 6-minute taxi ride to kieto Chichibu.
・From Ikebukuro Station (Seibu Ikebukuro Line Limited Express "Laview") → Seibu Chichibu Station (Approx. 6-minute walk) → Ohanabatake Station (Chichibu Main Line) → Kami-Nagatoro Station → Approx. 50-minute walk or 6-minute taxi ride to kieto Chichibu.
・Note: Taxis may be difficult to find in the Nagatoro area. We recommend booking in advance if possible.
